Hot and Sunny @ Beting Bemban Besar.....
Unlike my 1st trip to this patch reef just off Pulau Semakau in January, we were blessed with good weather and injury-free today! :o)

And here are some creatures that we encountered;

Beautiful Fanworms/Tubeworms!
Hairy Crabs are commonly seen.

A Snapping Shrimp out and about.

A little Upside-down Jellyfish.

The only knobbly Sea Star that I saw.

A rather small Carpet Eel Blenny hiding under a rock. Maybe it's a juvenile.....hmmm.

The only other fish which is "slow" enough to get a shot is this Copper-banded Butterflyfish.

This Octopus was actively moving around hunting for foods.

Just nearby the Octopus, spotted 4 of these Reliable Chromodoris nudibranch (Chromodoris fidelis).

A ever oh-so-cute Polka-dot nudibranch (Jorunna funebris) on a blue sponge.

Also found this tiny tiny orange snail that I often came across during diving in our local waters.

Here's a closer look at it. Still have no idea of its ID.

Last but not least, Marcus found a Fluted Giant Clam!
